what is going on here with my sons mom?

PLEASE DO NOT SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT MY SONS MOM. we dated for a year and i broke up with her. we ended up getting back together shortly after for about 3 months and then i broke up with her again. A couple months later she ended up getting pregnant by me. I never got back with her but supported her throughout the pregnancy and also did not date. instantly when my son was born she tried everything to keep me from him (i am an excellent dad not some criminal meth smoking child abuser – i love my son) she had made up many lies and we went straight to court. i have since been in a horrible legal battle just to see my son at all for almost a year.
her mom is a sociopath.

my sons mom really wanted to get back together and wanted all time the time to know if i loved her.

what is likely going on with her? i want this to end.

Maybe she is mad because you don’t want to be with her so she is using your son against you.

It is hard to say. Both of you are going to have to work at the relation ship to make it work. Help take care of your son and give her some space.

You broke up with her got back together and broke up again and some month later she ended up getting pregnant by you. Gee wonder why your having problems? Seems someone should have sex ed in high school.
You did not see fit to protect yourself or her and now you want some one else to solve the problem for you?

Did DNA prove he’s your son, you are so over her. If you lov e your son, fight for joint custody.. Do nothing about the mom.. Maybe her pregnancy gave her too much depression about not having complete family… After giving birth people change, some for happier, some suicidal..
Let the court decide.. If you can’t see your child, wait til he’s 18 and meet him..
Or marry someone else and have your child with a happier, lasting marriage.. Don’t sleep with anyone else til you’re married.

The woman has mental problems. Unless she is physically hurting the children, then ask the courts for custody. But it will be a long battle. You have to have a place to put your children while you work, get a bigger place, etc.

If she is capable and willing to take good care of the children, let her. If the court determines you can have partial custody and visitation rights, then go see the kids then. Be kind and loving and don’t talk about the mom to them. Just be nice.

Return the children when you are supposed to.

Sorry, but this is what happens when couples do not marry and love each other before children are born. But you can still be kind and civil to her. She is their mom. And no one can replace her.

Don’t worry. Just start paying child support and she has to give you visitation rights. If she doesn’t, you can take her to court. That same child support court that will order you to pay child support is the same court that will order her to give you visitation rights. Whether you two get back together or not, if what you really want is to see your child, you have the right by law. Good luck.

unfortunatly for you and your son this looks like a case of using the child against the other for what ever had or has happened in the past.
It amazes me how someone can say they love their child yet hurt them in this way
you have rights. it will be up to you and the courts how you exercise those rights
what ever you do no matter what happens NEVER bad mouth your childs mother to any one especially your child. My ex and my kids gma (his mom) would talk trash to my kids. I will be honest and say some of the stuff they said had merit but most did not. My children resented both of them and to this day the relationships they have are strained to say the least.
a child needs both parents and hopefully she will grow up and see the big picture.

Well, if you’re all that you say you are, then don’t expect people to say nice things about your babymama, otherwise you would not have been quitting her so much. You seem to want to ‘hit it & run’ so who’s doin’ who? She’s mad at you, but she was naive to let you keep coming back for more and all you gave her was dick. What else could somebody say? So now she’s mad because you strung her along and dumped her. So what, you took care of her and you love your baby…you ain’t doing nothing you ain’t supposed to be doing. That is the decent thing to do, but she won’t stop until either you make them a family, with you included or she meets someone else who will blow her mind, then she’ll forget about getting even with you. Just hope her ‘new’ man will be as decent to your child. That’s what’s going on here with your son’s mom.
