I am sub-leasing with the tenants of the 4 bedroom house month to month. They are a couple and they are on the master lease. They always argue and they throw wild parties and the boyfriend is doing cocaine. I also have a 15 year old son. Now i talked about moving out but the the girlfriend wants me to stay. Now am i able to withhold half the rent until they change there ways and make the living situation habitable? Please give me some legal advice.
