i quit my bad habits when i learned i was pregnant and the babys father was suppose to too, but hasnt. he is a compulsive liar whose addicted to meth. i want my son to have the best upbringing, and in this world i believe that starts with a loving family, with both parents to guide him with unconditional love and stability.i dont want to raise my son without a father. ive always felt such a void growing up without one myself. watching my mom work constantly with very limited time to even get to know her kids. i regret being so naive. i dont want the babys father in my life and i refuse to let him be in my sons life. a man that will never love our son more than he loves meth. ive waited 7 months thru all his lies for him to get his life together and get off drugs, but now its getting close to my due date and i want to do whats best for my son. would like to find a loving couple that is interested in adopting my son. i need help. i dont know what steps to take

If you came home to find no one else home, but your 16yr old son’s friend rummaging thru the kitchen drawer’s. When you walk in and ask what he is doing he says he is looking for some paper and a pen to leave your son a note. But you notice on the counter next to him is a lock pick and some of YOUR jewelry, pluse he reaks of pot and alcohol. When you ask him to leave he does, but what would you do afterwards? Do you tell your son, call the cops, tell his parents or something else, or even do you do nothing?
he should fake an illness to get out. Well, he and his girlfriend broke up a few weeks ago and he seemed depressed. She contacted us today and said he tried to kill his self and is in the hospital. They found cocaine and ecstacy in his blood and I’m thinking he did this deliberately to get discharged from the army. When he and his sister were younger, they had to live with us due to their Mom being incarcerated. I told my husband at that time his son needed counseling . But the son said he was ok, but I knew better. So all this time he has been having issues that finally came out. What should my husband and I do to show him were here for him? He is in New York and were in SC.

My son is 9 years old and said he tried beer at his friend’s house. He said that his friend and him drank over 40 beers WITH DINNER! I don’t know how to treat this issue! I have home schooled him in order to keep him from these things, but I dont know how to handle this. I have never tried alcohol and was hoping he wouldn’t either.
