How Do I Get My Son Off Drugs?

So my mom’s had MS for the past 20 years and she’s in her mid fifties now. She takes good care of herself, except for her marijuana use, but her judgment has been waning over the years.

Her sister lives across the street and she’s a notorious alcoholic. Her son stole 5k from my mom last year (now he’s in jail). But my mom’s always turned a blind eye to my aunt’s alcoholism, defending her from the family.

The problem is that I don’t TRUST my aunt and think she’s trying to take advantage (financially, emotionally) of my mom. I wish she would just disappear. She always says she stopped drinking but it’s obviously a lie to me.

I act cordial with her, but that’s because I don’t want to upset my mom. And according to my mom, my aunt talks negatively about me sometimes behind my back, saying I’m a mama’s boy or a big introvert whatever and that’s why I don’t have a better job. Problem is I have a lot going on too and don’t have time to babysit my mom. How can I keep a safe distance and intervene when necessary?

I have a 6 month old son whom has a lot of hair for his age. Is it safe to braid his hair? The mother thinks that even though i allow my sister to braid his hair and the braids are not tight, that it’ll effect the soft spot on his head! Another thing is that she wants to use a lot of gel (alcohol-free) in his hair to hold a pony tail together. I really want to know, will it be a problem for his hair to be braided?

I had 5 shots last night of 99 blackberries, its 90 proof. 2 AM is about when I took my last shot. If I use a breast pump how many times should I pump & throw out the milk before its safe to give to my son again?

I love my son more then anything, but I need a night of fun! Before I do this I need to know how safe it is. First I already know that I wont be breastfeeding at all during and the day after. I will suplement with formula. Plus I have a breast pump, so I can pump and then throw the milk away. But how long does alcohol stay in your milk? I want to to make sure its safe before I do anything.
by the way I wont have the baby with me when Im drinking!

How long will it take him to feel good if quitting cymbalta, clonazapam, suboxone, cocaine, alcholol, xanax and oxycontin, how long will his withdrawal be?

My son is sick. He has a cold and I was wondering if I could give him some Yogi Detox Herbal Tea. It’s caffeine free and the only warning I see on it is that women shouldn’t drink it during pregnancy.
