How do I let my resentment go? How do I let him know that I do not want our 5 month old son to grow up and think that it is normal to drink every single day?

i found lortabs in my son’s room, and i know he has done cocaine.
i wanted to know which one is worse for you.
i know pills kill your liver, but i don’t know about cocaine.
don’t tell me not to do drugs, because i don’t.
This has been obvious for years. My mom started her addiction when I was 15, 6 years ago. She has always been the type to get easily addicted. She once was a cocaine addict, alchoholic, and she was addicted to pain shots from the doctor. It was so bad when I was around 8, she would actually have us walk to the hospital so she could get her fix and she still will go to the doctor if she has no pills. She went to the hospital so much at one time they refused to see her anymore at about 2 to 3 hospitals around our area. Anyway, she started driving a truck and got a back injury and was perscribed pain pills. She then quit her job and stoped working from then on. She hasnt had but 1 or 2 jobs in all this time. She is not the same woman she used to be. Come to think of it I wouldn’t recognize my mother if she was completely sober. She is actually addicted to gambling to, I am talking about so addicted that we went without electric while she was a truck driver addicted. So she has also got my sister hooked. I just dont know what to do anymore I know its just the drugs, but because her and my sister have that in common they’ve pretty much abandoned me. I am a mother of two who is a stay at home mom. My point is that i’ve actually called her crying for help and her say no, but she’ll watch my sister’s son any day of the week. It hurts, I am fed up, and I want to help them. So I can have a real mother and my daughters a real grandmother. Any idea on how I can help them.

my son has paid his debt for his bad judgement.he has a felony on his record now this is causing him to have a very hard time getting a job now.he so much wants to go to work.but everytime he fills out a applacation that ask if he has a felony they pretty much toss it in the trash can or they will tell him that they will call him.but he will call them back to find out the status of his applacation.they will tell him the postion has been filled.(but not true).i guess what i’m trying to say is what is a felony suppose to do to get a job if no one will give them a chance to prove themselves.this is for all felonies that want to change there life around.
I know this sounds horrible but this is the thing.. my sister was raised with her dads family… she might be one of the worst people i have ever met, i come from a very drug addicted family and this is not the reason that i think she is so terrible either. She has been using drugs since she was about 9 years old, i know people are going to say she needs to be loved and all that crap, but over the last 15 years we have all tried, she will steal anything from you, and doesnt care what kind of a high she gets as long as she gets high. She has spent 5 years in prison, and the years she was out she spent the majority in a juvenile detention center. She is currently in prison at this moment, for running 5 meth labs in the same house as her grandma and kid live, she was pregnant when she went to jail and had the baby there, and now her 75 year old grandma has the baby. Anyways my 8 year old nephew ate 8 of his adderall pills and was rushed to the emergnecy room. I don’t know what to do
I do a lot of things for him but im only 19 and struggeling to pay the bills… I don’t want him to be just like my sister, because thats a horrible life.. anyone have any suggestions?? and child services will not take the kids a way from the grandma because i called them before.. she is like a 300 pound lady who can barly walk.. and they expect her to care for 2 children…
At first i was mad at his grandma because dont understand why he is able to just get into the pill cupboard and eat them…
Does anyone know what to look for in an overdose situation, I have tried everything to get him to quit, but he wont, he has violent outbursts when hes ON them, and sick when hes OFF them. Im attemptin to put him in a Treatment facility soon, but in the mean time, he continues to abuse Oxycontin and Hydrocodone or Roxy 80″s. he sniffs them and drinks with them. I dont know how to stop him. I have moved h im back into my home with his baby, but he is so out of control and has NO respect for no one in our home. Last nite my other son came and told me to check on his brother as he was afraid he had overdosed, he was all lethargic….and just acting drunk. My son has a tendency to be very dramatic, and cry wolf alot (the one on drugs). So I really want to know what to watch for in case he does overdose. … someone please help…I love my son, and its killing me ,not knowing how to help him.
