I left my partner 2 years ago when my son was 4 years old, his dad saw him as and when, always said too busy with work, i get minimal maintenance. When my ex does pick him up he always smells of alcohol and appears drunk to which i say he cannot take him, especially as he is driving. Recently he has a new girlfriend who he has only known for 3 weeks and my son was due to go on an overnight stay but i stopped this because my son did not know this person and to be honest how can my ex know her. My partner says what he does in his house with his son is his business and not mine, need to mention my son is autistic, but i pointed out that when he has slept over before my son always ends up in his dads bed and i asked what would happen if he wanted to do that again, he replied well i’ll let him come into bed. My son also comes back from his dads saying that he calls me names and his half sister who is 21 slags me off as well, my son says he doesn’t want to see him, can i stop him going.

Someone has been posting twisted thoughts about me and my friends on facebook. The contents are very offensive. The girl who does all this is 23 y.o and a mother and she also goes to our school. We used to hang out with her but then she has this major attitude problem and then she became mad to everyone at our group. She has no friends now and she’s being all paranoid and depressed and keeps on posting stuffs that is not true about us. She consistently send me mails (all documented) and tells me that to be careful on what I do because she’s gonna do something really bad to me that I wont forget about it. I reported this to our local police and the best that they told me was: ” Well, everything what she did was legal and the best that we could do is call her and tell her to stop.” —Then what? The police officer just said that she have the freedom of speech and can “discriminate” whoever she wants to discriminate. What? SO discrimination is already a RIGHT? In anycase, aside from the fact that she’s posting stuffs about us, she also abuses her child. She got a son and dresses him up as a girl and takes picture of her son with alcoholic beverages. That’s all I can say for now, but I want to know what legal action I should take against her. I want her to stop doing all these to my friend. I’m scared that one day she’ll just do something to me. Tell me what to do. THe best thing to do (without paying for legal defense). Thanks!
i already told her that if she wont stop ill file a complaint against her actions. she just said: “I’m not scared of you. I don’t care.”
On the 12th I got a restraining order against my ex (which is my son’s bio father). I had to write an affidavit telling the judge he was a drug abuser, he was abusive towards me, he was an alcoholic, and he has tried to commit suicide numerous times. I forgot to put in he even had put welts on my son and that my son has a scar on his bottom lip from him!!! Now, I was wondering, he can try to fight the RO on the 23rd. If he is like “I wanna see my son”, will the judge let him? If I have any say, Im just gonna tell the judge I want him to file for it and stuff. But, my question is How can I tell the judge about the abuse towards my son and will the judge let him see him??
I got the restraining order in the 1st place because he threatened me over the phone by saying “Ill beat the fuck out of you & take Stephen & no one will see him!”
Also, the restraining order IS for me and my son. It protects us both. Plus, my ex hasnt seen my son for over a year. Last date was July 2nd 2006. Last time he did cocaine that I know about was January 4th or 5th.
Because i know reestraining orders are a process of about 2-3 weeks.
My son is living at home but i dont want him to anymore..he’s an uncontroalble alcoholic.he also just got out of rehab but he started driking again and he is being really violent at home, throwing and breaking things and he has my young daughters really scared! The police has came over before but they wont take him because he hasnt hurt anyone yet and they cant kick him out because he technicallylives here.They told us about the restraining order but i was wondering if there’s an emergency order that i can ask for..I need help as soon as possible, i cant live like this anymore.

My wife is a meth addict I left her and took our sons because she is was using and would not even admit to having a problem. I have found her pipes and other evidence of the drug use. So after I left she said she was clean and doing well so I let her start taking the boys again, Well she comes to drop off our sons and we get into an argument and I tell her to leave. As she is leaving she threatens to burn my house down and I lock myself and our sons in the house and call the police and she starts to hit and kick my doors and windows. The police come and said she didn’t commit a crime. I know I don’t and won’t return the kids into her care but is it enough for a restraining order in California.
My question is the following. Am I able to get a restraining order on my Mother In Law to keep her away from my 8 Month old son being that she is suicidal. She has threatened to commit suicide over simple things showing she is mentally unstable to be around my son. Another question is am I able to request supervised visitation for my son with his father being that he has bought, sold, and distributed drugs also done marijuana, cocaine, etc.?
I also have a 7month old son who is extremely demanding, and every time I try to do something like yoga or aerobics, I cant as he carries on & I have to return home. My weight is mainly in my stomach, I am 4′ 11″ & I currently weigh65kgs.
I am a sucker for swee fatty & bad foods, but I do like healthy foods, My main problem is binge eating & sitting in from of the telly & I have become lazy since leaving high school in 2004.
I need any tips on how to lose weight, what dit plans worked & exercises that I can do with my son in order to get fit & keep fit and boost my energy & metabolism levels.
I would also like to know what diests worked for other people and wat kind of exercises would be good as I cant do situps as Im not sure if i dothem right and I have alot of rpoblems with my csection scar as i have no feelings in that area & Im not sure if I am able to exercise.
Please help Im DESPERATE and I want to look my best for my parents as I am maid of honour!
My son who is 17 has a drinking problem. I found two big bottles of vodka in his room and vodka concealed in water bottles in his refrigerator. I have found a treatment center in the area that I have made an appointment with but my son refuses to go saying he doesn’t have a problem. The treatment center said I might have to get a Court order issued. How do I go about doing that if I can’t convince my son to go.
