my sons father passed away. he was originally in the hospital for pnemonia. they did a lot of different tests to determine the actual cause of death and ultimately they put as his cause of death “methamphetimine ingestion” he hadn’t used in three days and had eaten and slept. i dont understand why they put this as cause of death.
well, they did an autopsy and that came back undetermined and then they did a biopsy and thats when they decided with the meth thing. also he had been put on life support in the hospital and ultimatly his dad pulled the plug…wouldnt that have something to do with cause of death?

My ex i know has been on cocaine before i know this for a fact but yesterday his mom told me he was restless and he kept moving constantly while asleep and talking loudly it almost looked like convulsions( she taped it) well when i went to see him he had huge pimple like sores or spider like bites all over his forehead he says he thinks something bit him but he was home all morning not only that but there was a huge bump at top of head. Please help me as he is my sons father and i don’t want to see him destroy himself
also he has been picking at it constantly nonstop and when i first got there he could barely look at me straight in the eye his eyes would roll back i just think that this could be meth and i want to know for sure since his parents don’t help or wont because they dont want to ruin their image

My father is not in good health but has been working 12-14 hour days to support his wife who has been unemployed for several years. She has also threatend to commit suicide before she would see her son live on the street again! So my dad has been stuck paying for her drug addicted son’s rent and grocaries for atleast two years that I know of. Yet every time I talk to her she is sure to tell me how bad my fathers health is and how tight cash is for them. Even though I have not asked for a dime from them since the age of fifteen! She fails to look at how this has affected my fathers health! Please give me some good advice! I really don’t want to keep biting my tongue on this but I am afraid that if I say anything that it will damage my relationship with my father.

Her husband is truly a hard worker who is drug free and is a doting father. The problem and question is; my daughter steals and sells everything from the house that isn’t nailed down. This past weekend while talking with her son (our eight year old Grandson) he complained that mom sold his Shrek video (and others) that we had given him for his birthday and christmas. My question is: Since my daughter has been to jail twice (30 days or longer) over the past two years, with her husband recently out of prison (over a year free), and they both live with my daughters Mother, what can I possibly say or do to help this situation? Before you ask, the Mother is an enabler (she will stand by her kids no matter what). I know my daughter blames her husband for going to jail the first time, but this situation is so bad that the last time I visited I didn’t even go in the house, my interest is just providing some old fashion good guy for the kids. Any advice?

She’s had MANY sex partners, including several of his friends. He claims they didn’t have sex, just got each other off…whatever that entails…so could he have some STD that he could pass to our son via sharing the same drink or what not?
Our son is 5 & autistic so telling him to not drink after is dad is something I try to teach him, but doesn’t necessarily get through to him.

Stage 3 to die with alone! He was charged with domestic assault on 08-24-2007 after nearly 30 yrs of being together! my sis inlaw is a meth user and they just took her kids my hubby wants me to let his mom who is getting the kids use are address because she cant use the one where she is living now! my hub and i live in a two bedroom with my four sons and my nephew! i know the cps is nothing to mess with and i know that if she uses my address my family will be under a microscope as long as she uses my address because they are going to come to my house and want to know who lives there and where does everyone sleep we dont have room for 3 more! i love my hub and i have bent over backwards for his family in the past and now i just want to say no actually i want to shout NO this is to much! he love his only sister and when he was a kid he was put in foster and he doesnt want the same fate for his nephew and niece but his sister needs help and i have told him she needs to hit rock bottom before she gets a clue if ever and yes the kids will suffer but she put herself here!

I’ve been going through this crap for 2 years. We broke up, he started using – it took me a couple of months to figure out what was going on. He physically attacked me at one point and the police got involved and I figured out he was using. I got a restraining order which forbid him from seeing his son until he was clean. His Mom called CPS on me for revenge – they found nothing and only came by once – they basically told me to keep my son away from his Dad. I tried to talk to my ex’s Mom during this time so that she could get him some help. She refused to admit he had a problem even as his face was covered with scabs and he was stealing from neighbors and relatives. He was finally arrested and completed the state ordered drug testing – he managed to pass and stay clean for a year. I started allowing him visitation with his son and he started using again and in front of our son. He has been arrested yet again and had 6 warrants in 3 different counties he is in jail for a long time. His Mother has been trying to find dirt on me and is collecting information for him – mostly in regards to if I’m dating anyone and I feel guilty about it so I don’t date anyone. How can I deal with this woman? I just want him to get clean and be a part of my son’s life.

So i called the police after I had posted this I still didn’t know what to do at the time… I called my mom to pick up my son I didnt want him to be there going thru this watching etc…So Two officers came down and so I spoke to them, The wife is still asleep doesnt have a clue wats going on… The officers clearly break it down and tell me what is it that you want us to do… and well with what they said I really could not afford her going in cuz then I would stack bills on my shoulder that I really dont need… So they told to really speak to her and take her to rehab and get her a detox and all that stuff… and try to save my family instead of having to go to court spending a **** load of money and having to testify against my wife and taking full custody of my son… I know it really sucks for me right now cuz I dont have that kind of money to pay for an attorney and so forth… I really love my family and idk what to do??? some couples are lucky and dont have to go thru this…

k so after the cops left I felt a little better no they didnt take her cuz I said no and yes I apologized for their waste of time and they it was fine as long as they helped me… When she wakes up finally I told her whats up with you? she goes nothing? so it took about 3 questions until she said yes I did do it last night(tweek)well ne way I told her I wasnt going to put up with it and i was taking my son with my so she cried and begged me for hours.. for me not to leave, she promised apologized she swore and put it on my son that she would not ever come in contact with it again but she didnt regret doing it cuz that didnt come out of her mouth.. but basically everything else.. I told her you know what you should of thought of this before you did it you are an adult a mom and a wife you should act like one im a man and i know wat is expected from me and dont need to be doing stupid **** and lose my family… So she cried and begged some more and swore and all that stuff.. & guess wat?
Im still here… I feel like im taking care of another child, Always watching her, Always around etc…
Why??? I love my family.. But why does somebody (partner) have to kill it for the husband(in my case) and son??? I dont understand???

Im not literally gonna stand there and try to kill my child, im saying if my son ever does such a thing, theres gonna be some serious punishments, and you bet your ass he wont even think about doing it again.

I have been with a man on and off. I believe he is back on meth, after 2 years clean. We were closer than ever. He included me in his sons life, his mom’s cancer, and was so loving. I just found out, he is seeing this meth wh*re. He changed greatly. He says, he was just using me for $. (he did start asking for $ a few months back) How can he be so loving and close then boom he never loved me, was only using me? Is it because she is an addict and nasty and at his own level? Do you think that our 9 years together really never meant anything?

My wife is a meth addict I left her and took our sons because she is was using and would not even admit to having a problem. I have found her pipes and other evidence of the drug use. So after I left she said she was clean and doing well so I let her start taking the boys again, Well she comes to drop off our sons and we get into an argument and I tell her to leave. As she is leaving she threatens to burn my house down and I lock myself and our sons in the house and call the police and she starts to hit and kick my doors and windows. The police come and said she didn’t commit a crime. I know I don’t and won’t return the kids into her care but is it enough for a restraining order in California.
