Let’s say a 16 year old boy has sex with a 13 year old girl, now the girl could possibly be pregnant, has never had sex before this time, the grandparents had the girl for a holiday visit, the mother of the girl will no longer let the girl go for visits to the grandparents, if they are going to where it originally happened….. the mother of the boy is an alcoholic and the father is not much better and the grandparents let the girl go off with the couple and their younger daughter and 16 year old son. Who should be at fault? Who if anyone is responsible for letting this happen? Can anyone be prosecuted? What if the children are not living in the same county? What county has precedence over the matter?

I have an 8 year old son and have recently found out that his father is using cocaine and meth and also found out that he made counterfeit money. I found all this out from his wife. I am not out for vengeance or anything like that. We were never married and I believe every child should have both parents in their lives, but I am worried about the safety and well being of my child. My son loves his daddy and I don’t want to take that away from him. We have no legal custody arrangements. What can I do? Just refuse to let him take my son for his weekends? Can I have him drug tested? Demand that he go to rehab? I don’t really have the financial resources to go to court. Me and my husband live pay check to pay check and I haven’t received child support in years.
In october my fiance’s EX (babymomma) hid her pregnancy had a child Little did we know she was on crystal meth Her son and her both tested positive for crystal. CPS took her son away and gave temp custody to HER mom. since the custody was 50/50 with my fiance and his EX, CPS called him to come get his daughter or she would be in the care fo CPS. He got her and hte court granted temp full custody.in November they went back to court,she was a no show and they granted my fiance full custody. Court said If she completeed 6 months of rehab she can go and see if she can get visitation. Its been 6 months and still not complete. We would let her go to her grandmas house since the Ex was not allowed near the boy. and we trusted the grandmna and took her word. We just found out the Ex moved in witht he mom and they tried hiding it from us and tellin the lil girl to not tell us. well she did. we plan on cutting ties but what are the gmoms rights? also the mom getting visitation or custody?
Mind you we have a 2 bedroom apt VERY nice with just him, myself, my daughter and her. The EX lives in a run down 2 bedroom apt with like seriously 7 people living there. HSe has not completed her treatment… but if she goes to court what are her chances?
i also want to adopt her,, she calls me mommy and im the one that cares for her and lives with. How do i go about in doing that?
My son, 25 in LA County. In 2001, he joined the military and married a young girl that was living with me because her mother was an alcoholic. She was 17, but got her mother’s signature to marry.
While overseas serving in Iraq, he came home to find his wife was screwing around with another guy on the base. He went AWOL, refused to go back to the base and was released on “Other than Honorable” terms.
He went back to her. They were up here at my house one day and Ry picked up her cell phone and found a picture of his wife giving a guy a “Lewinsky”. He hit her. I called the Sheriff. He was arrested and never did his probation and was arrested again. This time doing almost a year in prison.
While he was in prison, his darling wife got pregnant with yet a different guy’s kid. She has since given the child up for adoption. Yes, there are drugs involved. Wife got on meth while son was overseas…Ryan got on them too. There have been MANY drug arrests and theft arrests made on the wife. Only one drug arrest on my son.
He got out yesterday, the have me listed as a “victim” which is crap! I was never in any danger and I told the Sheriff that! How do I get that removed so that he can come see me without threat of being re-arrested? Also, he pleaded guilty to all charges…he shouldn’t have. Hell, I would have hit her too! How do we fix this thing?
He brought home divorce papers from the prison. Thank you God. Maybe I can have my family back and stop this nightmare that this girl has put this family through. He wants his life back. I would sell my soul to give it to him.

ALSO!! This girl is a gorgeous psychopath. She can convince anybody of anything. She looks like a young Kathrine Zeta Jones and most police, in my experience fall for that gorgeous innocent act every time. It drives me nuts. Don’t you guys do any training on psychopaths and other mental illnesses? Don’t you know she’s evil incarnate and what does the girl have to do before she gets some real time?
And more: Is there a way to get this expunged from his record? Hellz Bellz, I’ll testify! Also, I have to have her in my life, I have custody of their two children and always have.

Alcohol is much much worse then pot is. I know people who lost it all. My aunt became an alcoholic and would drink day or night. She lost her job, custody of her child, and her house because she didn’t pay her bills. To top it off, she received 2 DUI. When she did used to drink, she neglected her kid, while she drank and got drunk. It doesn’t get any worse then that. She is doing better now and doesn’t drink at all. My co workers step son died because his liver failed and they refused to give him the transplant because it was all due to drinking. My step dad used to hit my mom when he drank to much because liquor made him aggressive and violent. I don’t know anybody who lost everything because they decided to smoke a few joints. Pot does not make you aggressive or violent. Everyone that I know still fullfills their obligations before they smoke. My one friend holds a job making 60 grand a year and lives on his own and hes been smoking for 10 years and he never went to any harder drugs
The only difference is pot is illegal and alcohol is legal. Just because pot is illegal does not make it morally wrong.
My husband has a child from a previous relationship. His son’s mother and him were never married. The mother of the child has a HORRIBLE crystal meth addiction. The mother got a charge for burglary but then dropped dirty to crystal meth 3 times at a probation meeting a was sentenced to prision. The child lived with us while she was in prision. My husband was in the middle of getting custody and had already filed for child support when she got out of prision and took him out of our babysitters house while we were at work? She has now filed for child support against him and he is paying her 450 a month child support. She takes that money and buys meth and then 2 days after she gets her child support she calls asking him to buy diapers. The child has a burn on his leg as a result of a meth pipe. She will not let my my husband see him at all unless she is present. Everytime we see his son he has not had a bath in days. We have called the abuse hotline twice. How do we get custody of him?
I live in Kansas City MIssouri, The day the women got out of prision she called the police and said that her child was in that home and wasn’t supposed to be. The police took his son out of that home and gave him to her. When my husband got off work he called the police and they told him that they don’t interfere with child custody cases. So we called internal affairs with the police department and got the 2 police officers suspended from the force. This women walked out on my husband when she was 2 months pregnant and said she was getting an abortion then called my husband when their son was 2 months old to inform him he had a son. She smoked crystal meth until she was 8 months pregnant and was even in rehab for it while she was pregnant. as soon as she had their son she was right back at it. She is so out there on meth that she thinks her teeth are meth and smokes them. My husband and I have never done drugs. We live in a safe and VERY clean home. She lives at home with her mom.
She is 26 with 4 kids and the oldest being 12. She stays at her mom’s house with all four of her kids. Her house is so dirty and disgusting we have turned it in because their is black mold in the house. The whole reason that she is angry and not letting my husband see their son on his own is because when she was in prison we took him to live with us and she expected us to let him stay there with her mom. And only come see him every weekend. That’s not going to happen. Any parent that cares about their kid wouldn’t let them live in that kind of enviroment. Like I said before We live in a very clean stable home. My husband has never had a criminal record. He has only had one speeding ticket. I need help with this situation it is so confusing. I could keep going on with all the things this mother does but it would take days
And to add one thing she does not and WILL not work. She collects welfare which makes me really upset because my husband and I have to work to support our children but she don’t. My husband and I have a son together and I have a litlle girl from a previous relationship. She uses my tax dollors and the child support to buy drugs and then turns right around and says he needs something. She always has her hair and nails done and dresses fairly nice but their son and all her other kids haven’t had a bath. She has name brand clothes while her kids wear shoes from walmart. As a parent don’t you put your children first?
I was with my sons father for 3 ½ years. We separated due to his drug addition to meth. He spent a year in jail, and was released back in May. He is $10,000.00 behind in child support, He wont pay it, I am trying to go back to court to enforce child support, even though he is not working. He is dodging the civil process server to serve him with court papers so that we can go back to court finally! He knows as long as they cant locate him then there is nothing I can do. He has 5 or 6 drug felonies on his record, from what I hear from his father he is back on meth. I am afraid to allow my little boy who is 2 to spend his overnight stays with him. Even though my ex never calls to schedule those overnight stays. He has threatened me before to run off with our son and there would be nothing I could do about it until we went to court. I have called the police, and they don’t see it serious enough to even make a report over it. I felt sorry for him in the beginning and even let him borrow my spare car, so that he could look for a job and when he returned the car, (after many threats to report it stolen, because he kept it for 3 days) My mother and I found syringes in the car. I don’t know what to do. I do know that he is a negative influence on my son. I know that is his father, but at the same time I want what is best for my child. I work a full time job; on top of that I am a full time college student, and raising this baby alone. I have been doing this by myself since day one, and if I ever called them to ask them to buy diapers, etc they tell me to get lost. Can I request to have his rights as a father terminated? I mean what’s the point in my ex having rights to his son that he never sees or helps care for. Basically what rights do I have as a parent who is trying to protect her baby from harms way. My exs mother was letting him smoke dope when he was only 13! There are no positive influences in that whole family. I’m lost and need some advice. Im trying to save up money for a lawyer, and I live in Texas and do not qualify for free legal aid.

I have twin beautiful nephews who I adore there father ( my brother) and there mother have split up my brother has them off a week end nothing is legally written though
the mother is a drug addict on pot and pills she smokes with the boys in the house pot and cigs she often writes on her facebook she want to give the antihistomines to make them sleep she has them in the rountine off sleeping 5am till 2pm then up all night they are still on 14+ bottles a day they constitly have cradle cap they will not eat as she never feeds them,
I do not know what to do my brother has no job although he does look after them when he has them I have been told by a lawyer the best we can hope for is 50/50 custody I am very worried for them she always tells them when on takes a toy off the other that he should “smash” him it’s disgusting

Im looking 4 a way 4 my husbands father 2 stop his wife from accessing money & credit. For years, shes been a binge spender (her latest is $80K+ over 14 mo’s on an internet clothing business thats sold $0), depleting all except for a $40K 401(k) (b4 paying off $60K+ in CCard debt). My father-in-laws 74, & wont b able 2 work much longer 2 pay 4 her spending. Its begun 2 affect his health since he cant afford 2 have any elective medical procedures b/c they have no money. She always finds a way 2 get more money/credit: shes stolen her husbands computer passwords so she can transfer funds & even stolen her sons identity 2 obtain 3 CCards when he was in college! If she doesnt stop, they will lose their home. After my husbands father dies, it’ll be our responsibility 2 ensure she doesnt go homeless (& it’ll also give her motive 2 try 2 steal the savings weve accumulated). Shes not incompetent, just stupid & selfish! Is there a specific field or law (non-criminal) that would help with this???
My son just flew from Houston to Chicago on American, and upgraded to First Class. He was served wine with his dinner, which he accepted, just to see what they said, and the flight attendant gave him a glass and even offered him more later in the flight. He’s 18 years old. Was this legal?

My fiance’s sister is a nutcase. She’s crazy, involved in a bunch of crap that I don’t let my 10 month old son around. Her friends are all either drug addicts or dealers, her ex is in jail again this time I don’t know why, he was in for murder (involuntary manslaughter I believe) and drug dealing, and he’s back in but don’t know why. Anyway, these are just some of the reasons I steer clear from her, so does my fiance. She’s a welfare project, too. I’m not knocking welfare, there for who needs it, but she doesn’t! She gets her electric, rent, food, ALL for free. Her TV and internet are free off of her mother’s lines, she lives next door. Her husband works under the table. So, she’s already told me how she gets it illegally. Anyway — she has pictures of me and my son on her MySpace page, advertised as her “adorable nephew” .. we don’t allow her to see him, because of the trouble that follows her, and the fact that she’s insane. She won’t take them down. I know once a picture is on MySpace it’s the property of MySpace and MySpace can do what they want, but this is pictures of my minor son and me on HER page without our permission. I have asked repeatedly to no avail. Can she get in trouble? Could the police force her to take them down? Just curious. Thanks!

Excuse me? Only technically is he her nephew. She does not see him, isn’t allowed to see him. She is dangerous and has dangerous friends and we protect our son. I don’t want her crazy drug addicted friends knowing who he is or how to find him. You can’t predict lowlifes like that.
I smoke a few crack rocks with my 15 year old son once in a while. The cops caught me and want to throw ME in jail! I said, “if I’m giong down, my son is going down with me” but they didn’t have it!

My family lives in Idaho and wont get to see him either but they arent threatening me.

I have a very controlling mother who has had a lifelong agenda of finding fault with me as a son and a single father of 12+ years now. Most recently I discovered that my mother had taken my 12 year old daughter to AA meetings, because “she needed to accept the fact that her father is an alcoholic”. I am not, nor ever been, and my daughter was taken to several of these meetings w/out my knowledge or permission. Is this legal to do w/out obtaining consent?

The babys father and i have been dating off and on for almost 2 years. He has cheated on me numerous times.. i cant even count on both hands and those are just the ones i know about not to mention the lying, verbal and emotional abuse, and even a few physical encounters that i will admit i started. Since ive been pregnant he has started using cocaine heavly and recently got off probation and has started smoking weed again. He has a house full of people and all but his grandma and his younger siblings are using some sort of drug. His mom lives there and is so into tweak its not even funny. I dont want him to have custody of my child because his house is disgusting there is really trash everywhere and the dog goes to the bathroom in the house not all of it gets cleaned.. there is plenty of violence drug use profanity and abuse of every kind in this home and i dont want my son raised in a mess that way. how can i prove to the courts that he is an unfit father and should not have custody?
Also he has warned me that if i try to take his son from him he will fight dirty and he can guarentee that he will drop clean.. so if he already plans on quitting for an extended period of time so that he will drop clean for the courts how can i catch him unprepared? i have also used cocaine 2-3 times during my pregnancy. i know there is no good excuse for it but i felt that he would like me or want to be around me more if i did. believe me i regret it everyday but im afraid he will use that against me. i want his name on the birth certifcate becuz im only 17 and i will need his help finacially. again please help if you can its very important to me. thanks ASHLEY
My new found sister is supposedly a recovering drug addict. She has numerous boyfriends and is not as responsible as she can be. She has moved from her previous city to where I am to be close to the only family she has. (we both share the same dad and her mother passed away 5 years ago)She has been here only 3 and half weeks and already has had to move into 2 homes. My husband and I are at our wits end. I would like to find something to have her sign if she becomes unable to care for the 3 children she has. Her 2 year old is suffering from severe hair loss.I donot wish to do anything legal until I can tak custody of the children. If anyone can help.I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You,
