She IS MOST DEFINITELY A TROUBLED WOMAN, with her drugs and alcohol problems. And now this ! Imagine how she feels, and what this may do to her. Her son’s death also sounds VERY SUSPICIOUS, like DRUG USE !

ALL of the litter in the ditch was beer cans. Nothing else, no pop cans, no juice bottles, no nothing but alcoholic drink cans. Is this a sign that I may live in an area with a high amount of alcohol abuse, or is this a typical thing to find in a ditch?
*btw~ I live in what is considered the ‘county’ (rural country) so there are not a whole lot of people coming through to clean these things up. This is not a ‘bad’ area~ just back woods, so to speak.

There are so many parents, both moms & dads, that just up and leave their children.. Or lose custody and don’t fight to get it back. My mother lost custody of me when I was 8 & my sisters were 1, and 4. She never attempted to get us back. She when on to develop a more extreme addiction to crystal meth, and never looked back.
My sons father never even attempted to get to know him. He left when I was 4 months pregnant. I don’t understand how someone could just flat out not care, not have guilt, and not want to have their children.
How could somebody do this? How can someone just NOT care? Call me crazy, but I freak out leaving my son overnight, more less just giving up on him & not caring.

Since he left to rehab, I haven’t spoke with his girlfriend. The last time I’ve spoken to her was november 2010. She use to call me everytime but I haven’t heard a thing from her.
I left a message on facebook in janaury 26 telling her to give me a call, she called me. I ask have my son gotten in contact with her she said he write her the other day! All of a suuden, her phone started to mess up. I told her to call me in ten minutes, she agreed. Well, she never cakled me back I had to call her back! When I called she never answered my call. Its been almost a month from the message i’ve sent to her and still’ no call. What do you think is going on? I’ve been calling but no answer? I’m concered because they suppost to be geting marroed when he gets out! DETAILS PLEASE!

My son is on their honeymoon and wants to live with them. The new wife has a lot of money and a fancy black sports car which I cannot compete (nor do I want to) with. My 12 year old son is enamoured with this new life style. How do I cope with the pain?
I have been married almost 8 yrs. It has been a roller coaster ride to say the least. He use to drink and admitted to being an alcoholic. He has not drank in 3 yrs. I don’t know if the way he is is caused by being a dry alcholic or if he drank because he is mental… My husband is like 2 different people. He can be so nice, kind and loving and then in an instant his facial features change and he turns into the meanest person I have ever met. He will be really rude or mean. Many times he just screams and screams at me. He does not remember things right. I can tell him a story of something I did and the next day he’ll transfer himself into the story and say it was his incident and not mine. He leaves me voice mails telling me how much he loves me and a week later he is screaming that he hates me and he wants a divorce. He treats his daughters very good but treats my sons (his stepsons, they are 20) like crap.. When he is in one of these spells. I can do NOTHING right.

When I am around him, he constantlly tries to push my buttons and make me mad. HE tries to argue everything.My own parents have catered to him because they have always felt sorry for him because I did not stay with his father. Whenever I have reprimanded him they jump in and defend his ugly behavior. When he gets mad at something, he takes it out on me, blaming me, shows me his porno mags and laugh or lite up a cigar inside the house and mess up his little brothers room and then he will leave when he knows my husband is on his way home. HE has pretty much ignored my husband since he was 3. HE never says thanks when we give him money or help him out in some ways. He will call me and start in. I have gotten to where I do not like seeing him and I am on pins and needles when he comes around because I do not know what he is going to next. He stays with friends and my parents now. I hav tried to get hiim help, but he blows me off and appt’s. HE left a horrible message on my cell phone saying that he was done with me and hopes I have good effin life. My sister has a son who is gay and he called him a faggot and flipped her off at a family get together, my sister got in his face and told him off, and my wonderful mother yelled at her and told her to get out. I had to work so I was not there. My sister and her famioly no longer wants to be around him, his gf broke it off because of the rotten way he has treated her. He is and has been spoiled. My husband advised that if he comes around that he will be told that unless he shows some respect and can be civil he is not welcomed. I think that is good. Do you?
Just a thought, Son dies from meth 3 days after the daughter is born, making the baby the only heir to Anna’s money if something happened to her. Now something has happened and there are so many more claims coming out for that poor little girl who is the only heir to that money. Why didn’t the claims come out earlier and wouldn’t it just be a coincident if anna died from the same thing her son died from.

My son’s father has a cocaine problem, it was never brought into my house or done around my son or me, I told him he had to stop or would lose his family. He seemed to really want to kick it, he left for work one day and I haven’t heard from him since. I don’t know if he is alive or in jail or if he decided to get clean and needed time away or what. I am confused as to what to do about it. If he is and has been in jail should I take him back if he is clean? Or should I just let it go…we have been together for 6 years so it is hard to just turn those feelings off. He was a good boyfriend and a good father. I know when you are addicted to something so bad that your judgement and priorities are all out of whack, but I am just wondering what to do…I love him more then he knows and want my son to have his father, but only if that is what he wants too, he doesn’t have to be in his life but my son loves his daddy…any advice would be good!
my dad (grandmas son) died a month ago from a freak electrocution accident at work. He was the most beautiful, happy, nice, and caring person in the world. His death has come as a shock to everyone and there are really no words to describe our painful and devastating loss.
I am only 19 and still have my whole life ahead of me, but my grandma is 85. She only has one other son who is a homeless alcohol (who doesnt care at all) and she doesnt have a husband. We can not take care of her but I feel so bad. She has fallen on the ground and been to the hospital twice because she is so depressed and her health is deteriorating after my dads death.
What can I do to help her, it breaks my heart to see her like this. He was such a good son to her. In fact, she was visiting him from Europe when this whole accident happened.
I am a drug addict, and so is my husband, we have a 12 year old son I never used drugs or alcahol during pregnancy but never the less I believe children show signs of the “disease”at early ages and everyone wants to call it ADD and then give the child who is already more apt to use because of the hereditary factors, they want to give the child ridalin?? a narcotic?? Just what they need right I say wrong you may as well give the little hyper terd a big fat line of cocaine to start his day… I refuse to give that drug to my son…How many agree with any of this…Hyper kids just need more attention there is no magic pill that will fill a void only you as a parent can fill and ever met a kid that was on ridalin for years all through childhood?? I have and they have nowhere jobs and turned out “slow” that drug along with any controlled substance messes up the greatest minds of even adults, imagine what it does to a kids mind after time…If you dont want your kid burnt out …
Back in April, he started calling in sick quite frequently and I noticed he has been doing cocaine, I have found two bags of cocaine in my bedroom, he has never paid me anything for his half of the rent or utilities and he thinks it is fair that I pay for everything. He is making my son and I very uncomfortable, i want to kick him out but I am scared, I am trying to find the right words, can you give me advice?
WE have been divorced for 6 years now/ I tried to do this 2 years ago but the lawyer told me my chances were slim..I called CPS and they didnt give a crap..all they do is go there and ask him if he is an alcoholic..of course he says no and they say ok sorry to bother you. I forgot to mention that last year he had FELONY charges against him for child abuse allegations from his 9 year old step daughter, he took pre trial diversion. But his second wife has recently divorced him (He kicked her out to move in his best friends wife) and my son has been telling me more and more things..so the only witnesses i have are my son, hospital records, court records, the school counselor and his second ex wife. He already pays support..well he is ordered but he rarely pays it so i dont care about that. CPS wont do anything because they say my son is 12 and old enought to take care of himself and it isnt illegal to be drunk around your kids.
I havent had a drink for like 2 years and wouldnt mind a small littlw swig of wine. If after my son goes to sleep for night can i have just a little wine? Not enough to even get a buzz just a taste
