My son , age 30, addicted to crack cocaine. He has been willingly in several rehabs but always walks away. We , his parents have had him arrested for stealing our things and he did a year in the county jail. He tried suicide there. When he was released , went to rehab walked away again. He is Bipolar, says he really wants to do right and I believe him. Can’t overcome his addiction. We have gotten his meds to him, tried psychologist, rehab, prayer, Is there anything we haven’t done besides let him self destruct?

Genuine Council Complaints
extracts from letters sent to various Councils and Housing Associations throughout the U.K.

I want some repairs done to my cooker as it has backfired and burnt my knob off.

I wish to complain that my father hurt his ankle very badly when he put his foot in the hole in his back passage and their 18 year old son is continually banging his balls against my fence.

I wish to report that tiles are missing from the outside toilet roof. I think it was bad wind the other night that blew them off.

My lavatory seat is cracked, where do I stand.

I am writing on behalf of my sink, which is coming away from the wall.

Will you please send someone to mend the garden path. My wife tripped and fell on it yesterday and now she is pregnant. We are getting married in September and she would like it in the garden before we move house.

I request permission to remove my drawers in the kitchen.

50% of the walls are damp, 50% have crumbling plaster and the rest are plain filthy.

I am still having problems with smoke in my new drawers.

The toilet is blocked and we cannot bath the children until it is cleared.

Will you please send a man to look at my water, it is a funny colour and not fit to drink.

Our lavatory seat is broken in half and is now in three pieces.

Would you please send a man to repair my spout. I am an old age pensioner and need it badly.

I want to complain about the farmer across the road; every morning at 6a.m., his cock wakes me up and now it’s getting too much for me.

The man next door has a large erection in the back garden, which is unsightly and dangerous.

Our kitchen floor is damp. We have two children and would like a third, so please send someone round to do something about it.

I am a single woman living in a downstairs flat and would you please do something about the noise made by the man I have on top of me every night.

Please send a man with the right tool to finish the job and satisfy my wife.

I have had the Clerk of the Works down on the floor six times, but I still have no satisfaction.

This is to let you know that our lavatory seat is broken and we can’t get BBC2.

My bush is really overgrown around the front and my back passage has fungus growing in it.

…and he’s got this huge tool that vibrates the whole house and I just can’t take any more.

…that is his excuse for dogs mess that I find hard to swallow.

When I was a teen I experimented a little, I did drugs now and then even when I was a little older I tried a few things but since i’ve had children i’ve done nothing (well I still smoke tobacco products) but I have friends and know of people that continue to use drugs and it effects the way they parent (duh) but they don’t think so, I know one person that uses crack but says it’s alright because “it’s on the weekends with my son is with his father” so i’ve been wondering how many people think this way?

so have you done drugs before? do you still do them now that you are a mom/dad?
i’m not talking about just pot (although i’m against it) other drugs too.

My brothers and sisters and I and our friends used to buy stink bombs and play jokes on people with them. We cracked them open in church during the preaching and threw them under people’s pews.
My brother and his friend {the preacher’s son} set a smoke bomb under the friend’s brother’s car and he thought his car was on fire. You should have seen him run out to his car lol!
They also were playing near a grave yard one day and decided to be stupid and rearrange the flowers and decorations. They put the flowers by tombstones bought by people who were still alive and decors that would say grandpa and set them by graves of guys who were only 20 when they
died.
That only happened once to my knowledge. I wasn’t there. But they were only 12 and 14 years old then and didn’t think at the time it was wrong and illegal.
We also did things like duct tape one tree to another tree that was across the road {It was a small town, small road} and watch as cars squeal on their brakes as they tried to avoid crashing into the blocking.
Thats only a few of the many dumb things we did. And I’m not counting the time we walked a treshold and almost got killed by a train.
I mean, were we abnormal kids or what?

What did you do as a kid?

My boyfriend was arrested after assulting my son. The court order says no drinking but he continues anyway. He has moved out of town in order to drink without local authorities knowing. I am told nothing can be done if it doesnt happen in the town he went to court in. He is awaiting sentencing yet so he isnt on probation. Why cant they order him to submit to a U/A no matter where he is living?

UPDATE: He is not my boyfriend now, he was at the time. I am trying to see that he gets what is coming to him but since he has already plea bargained to a lesser crime, I dont know if it is possible. Catching him drinking maybe our only way for justice.
Unfortunatly it was the court that said it would be too much work to chase him down to the next town. I thought all they had to do was call him and order him to report for a u/a

process? My son works offshore gone 3 weeks home 1 week, his soon to be ex-wife is a drug addict, smoke crack, tricks for drugs, lies, steals, abandons her children weeks at a time then decides she wants to be mother for a day gets they’re hopes up then lets them down every time. Besides the fact that she has that staph infection all over her body. Help!!??
Social services have been in & out of this situation to no avail! We even have a lawyer who got us an emergency court hearing—for December 4th. What an emergency!
The judge will not make a decision without both parents being present. Or so she says. I’ve seen it happen faster in less serious cases. Justice!
Both of her parents are gone. Her grandmother raised her and her 6 brothers and sisters.

Recently my son was arrested for 2 grams of cocaine and a scale and when the vehicle was searched 35 grams was found under the passenger seat. There was a guy who was ‘networking’ for the police who my son states had to have put this under the seat as he only had $100 to purchase the 2 grams. This is the first time in my son’s life he has ever been arrested for anything like this. My son swears that he is being framed for the 35 grams and that all he had was the 2 grams and the scale. What can be done? Also, can his vehicle that is impounded be released to his wife upon payment or does the law enforcement get to ‘keep’ his vehicle?

The mother is 48, the son is 30. She introduced him to drugs when he was 13, and apparently this is how they bonded. She neglected and abandoned him when he was a child, and they meet up and do drugs together.
They are now on a drug binge together, and he’s lost a lot of weight. I’m worried for his health, and think its all despicable. How would you explain the psychosis behind all of this?
