Hello everyone I’m asking a question for my friend and was wondering if anyone could help?
My friend Lina has two sons the younger one is 20 and the older one is 23. They both have a problem avoiding trouble. They get in fights, smoke weed and drink alcohol. Lina’s sons have refused to enroll in school or better their ways. Her husband and her don’t have an idea of what to do. Can anyone help?

OK the vpo says.. The father can not consume any alcohol while exercising visitations with minor child. He got drunk drove, with my son, and physically assaulted me in front of him. Now i have not saved up enough money for an attorney yet, im four months pregnant and am not working so until i can go to court and try to take full custody, can the father get my son for visitations?
right now his last name is hyphenated with both his dad’s last name and my last name and it sounds ridiculous (his dad’s last name sounds horrible… and its even worse when added onto my last name)… that is not the only reason why i want it changed though… his dad is a drug addict and wouldn’t stop doing cocaine after our son was born and was almost never around cause doing drugs and staying out all night was more important to him than being a good dad…. and then he was arrested and went to prison for a year. now that he is out he sends me money every once in a while… but not often and not very much at all. also, i tell him he can see his son whenever he wants… and he doesnt live that far away… but for some reason he can only manage to see him 1 or 2 sundays a month. my son barely even knows him. i dont think he would give consent to change our sons last name to only my last name… but i think i might be able to anyway? how do i do it?
we were never married…. but he did sign paternity papers when he was born…. and to that chick that said my son might think i dont like him if i change his last name… your a f***** idiot! i think i give my son plenty of love and attention for him to know that i love him no matter wahat… F*** you.
My son’s father and I have been off and on since my son was born (18 mos ago). I am hoping so hard that he will change. He has a binge drinking issue, is so irresponsible, re: he finally got his first car a couple of weeks ago, he got a $200 ticket the second week he had it and 2 days ago, 2 weeks after the ticket, he rear ended some lady while being out at 4 in the morning. His parents had given him that car. Everything is so messed up. I am moving on Saturday and the plan was that he was going to live with his parents for a little while, and I was going to be on my own with my son (with a little help from his father of course), now that this accident has happened he wants to move in with me. I was kinda looking forward to being on my own without having to worry about him for a while. I love him, but being a half time college student, a full time mom, and I work full time, I can’t worry about him too. I told him he can’t move in with me. Is that wrong?
