okay so heres the thing. the dad is in the marines and he only wants our son for the money. he is saying this isnt his baby. and he doesnt ever ask how the baby is doing or what is going on with the baby. and i dont want my son to be used for money. and i dont want my son to grow up around a bunch of alcoholics. and he only cares about drinking. so how should i go about getting full custady once the baby is born. ill be 30 weeks on the 18th of this month. so im getting close to haveing him. and i want to get everything ready for once he gets here.
i also need to know when i should start looking into getting a lawyer. i dont know if i should start looking around now. or if i should wait until closer to my due date. which is october 27th. i am only 17 and this is my pregnancy. and im high risk due to misscarrage a few months before i got pregnant. and i know that you could go early. so that is the thing thats got me really unsure on what to do.

This morning me and my wife woke up to her younger son telling us that her oldest son was changing the baby (my one month old son). We ran in to the baby’s room and found him on a blanket on the floor with his diaper half off and a bottle of alcohol next to him. Her oldest son who is 8 was trying to change him. He didn’t even need to be changed. The worst part of it is we have no idea what he was using the alcohol for. He has been told many many times that he can not pick the baby up when no one is around and that he should come and get someone if he thinks something is wrong with his new brother. He was trying to be helpful but he could have seriously hurt his brother. What should I do. Like I said I have told him many many times not to pick up his brother.

I am tired of homosexual advocates saying that “they are born that way.”
My nephew was raped by a homosexual teacher in school. But when you try to fight against it ignorant people give you the same phrase. They say that people are born homosexual or that they can’t help it.
Well what about when a man rapes a woman? Are they born to rape women? These homosexual advocates need to get a college education and stop defending bad behavior by saying that, “they were born that way” and “it’s in their genetic make up.” Come on you could say the same for murders and drug addicts but ignorant words doesn’t make it right!.
Clearly a high school education is not enough for these people. A University education should be required for everyone! Sorry to get on my soap box but ignorant people make me angry!

I have a friend who has a son that was born with meth in his system. We want to find out the side effects and problems he could have later in life.
The babys father and i have been dating off and on for almost 2 years. He has cheated on me numerous times.. i cant even count on both hands and those are just the ones i know about not to mention the lying, verbal and emotional abuse, and even a few physical encounters that i will admit i started. Since ive been pregnant he has started using cocaine heavly and recently got off probation and has started smoking weed again. He has a house full of people and all but his grandma and his younger siblings are using some sort of drug. His mom lives there and is so into tweak its not even funny. I dont want him to have custody of my child because his house is disgusting there is really trash everywhere and the dog goes to the bathroom in the house not all of it gets cleaned.. there is plenty of violence drug use profanity and abuse of every kind in this home and i dont want my son raised in a mess that way. how can i prove to the courts that he is an unfit father and should not have custody?
Also he has warned me that if i try to take his son from him he will fight dirty and he can guarentee that he will drop clean.. so if he already plans on quitting for an extended period of time so that he will drop clean for the courts how can i catch him unprepared? i have also used cocaine 2-3 times during my pregnancy. i know there is no good excuse for it but i felt that he would like me or want to be around me more if i did. believe me i regret it everyday but im afraid he will use that against me. i want his name on the birth certifcate becuz im only 17 and i will need his help finacially. again please help if you can its very important to me. thanks ASHLEY
