Should the government pass a law to make pre-nups compulsory for a marriage certificate?

My brother has divorced his ex wife who is a cocaine adict. His ex wife got custody of their son and every month my brother pays his ex wife towards allimony and child suport. My brother is not very rich and works hard for money while his ex wife does nothing for a living beside dating other men and sleeping with them. Now my brother says he will never marry again.
Do you think divorce laws are in favor of women?
Do you think if pre nups were compulsory, divorce rates would be lower?
Do you think if couples stay together, then children have a better upbringing?

You own what you paid for.

You have children ! Be responsible about it all the way ( men and women alike)

You want to share your wealth with someone do it or just keep it to yourself !

If his ex is a cocaine addict why would she have custody of the kids? If it was proven in the courts she is a unfit mother then she wouldn’t have gotten the kids. It’s usually judged what’s in the childs best interest and this would’t be it. Maybe your brother should gather some proof and fight for the kids I’m sure he will get them. As for pre nups I don’t think they should make it a law, it should be something everyone considers before getting married and it shouldn’t be a law it should be a mutual choice and agreement in writing.

did your brother tell his attorney about her habit he should had his attorney tell the judge have a urine and or blood test for drugs. in her system. first answer yes law do favor woman. second yes either both will decide if they really do love each other. third no children know what going on it will affect them

Lawyers and judges favor what ever side has the least money so they can steal the money from the one that does have money or works. If they made a right ruling the case would be over; no more money. Prenups: judges don”t obey the law or contracts, just what is good for them and their buddies. Stay togeather; don”t know. with women having so much power over men in court; you first have to realize there is no justice in court and try to do the best for the children even with a drug addict whore. I’m 59, 145 IQ, been in court a lot; worked for myself near all my life. Raised 3 children alone, divorced. what do you call a lawyer with a 50 IQ——–your honor. best thing you can do is don’t work for judges or lawyers, insult them when you can and be vocal about them breaking our laws.

Pre-Nups will never be law. If they were the legal parasites wouldn’t have a racket going on. They wouldn’t be able to sleep with the judges anymore.
