Colon detox is a rip off. I hope you survive so you can sue the company that sold you that snake oil! Listen, quit buying stupid crap, and invest your money, so you and your kids can enjoy being together. Instead you are buying clothes you don’t need, beauty products that don’t work and colon cleansing stuff that makes you sick. Wake up! If you see it in a commercial, you don’t need it PERIOD.

Agree with the others: unless you are preparing for a colonoscopy, the only thing getting cleaned out is your wallet.

That sort of thing can really knock your entire system out of whack (that’s regular person talk for “create electrolyte imbalances and cause dehydration”)

Stop taking it. Drink Gatorade and water, until you have to pee every hour or so, to make sure that you are rehydrated. You might even consider having blood work done to see just how badly you depleted yourself of things you need, like potassium.

Don’t waste your money and risk your health with that garbage. If you want a clean colon, eat a lot of fiber (“nature’s broom!”).
