Question for parents: How would you re-act if your son/daughter started using drugs?

Re-action for these drugs: Marijuana, Ecstasy, Crystal Meth.
I’m just curious haha xD would you be mad or try to help them? What would you do?

I would not be mad and they would not need help on account of the fact that I would kill them.

Mj i wouldnt care, as long as he was handling everything he needed to handle and being smart about it. eg. staying at home while doing it. The other two are addictive and so are life destroyers. I would get him help.

My husband and I would both know how to help him, from dealing with past experience. Not only in ourselves, but also many people we love – but since we know what brought us and our loved ones to drugs, I think we know how to shield our kids from drugs. IDK We’ll see.

Marijuana- I’d be mad and disappointed but not too much I guess. I smoked some pot when I was in high school, I turned out fine in the long run. Short term it definitely caused me some problems though, so I wouldn’t just ignore it.
Ecstasy- hmm. Not good, probably some drug classes or something?
Crystal Meth- My sons would go straight to rehab- the 6 month long version. Its a terrible terrible drug.

Yes, I would be mad. At the same time get them the help they needed. Why waste money on crap.
