Well since hepatitis is a chronic inflammation of the liver, and alcohol is a big factor in cirrhosis (scarring of the liver), yeah its probably progressing faster than a person who isn’t an alcoholic. The reason his eyes were yellow was because there was bile in his blood, a condition known as jaundice. Unless you want him dead, force him to go to the doctor. Try scaring him into it.
