You should have a local drug and alcohol division through your department of social/human services. I would also suggest you start calling some drug and alcohol treatment facilities in your local community. Ask them what they recommend. Some states have state and federally funded programs where they can live and work paying part of their income for the services offered. Unfortunate he needs to want help if he is not ready you are wasting your time. I would also suggest you check out ALANON for yourself you will need some support.

You can suggest rehab, but no one can help him until he decides that he needs help.
