THREE ADULT men living in a 2-bedroom condo. My ex-father-in-law bought a futon because in a couple of year he wants my girls to be able to spend the night over there. (My girls are 5 and 7- blonde, blue eyed beautiful girls). My ex-and his brother are BOTH alcoholics, have NO LICENSES and only have jobs because their DADDY brings them to work or gets them up for work and they ride their BICYCLES to work. I AM 100% AGAINST MY GIRLS SLEEPING OVER THERE FOR TWO REASONS, ONE ALCOHOLISM AND TWO, their are THREE ADULT MEN WHO LIVE THERE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ARE RELATED OR NOT. DO YOU AGREE WITH ME??

100%, you can’t undo a terrible event but you can try to prevent one, which it sounds like you are trying to do. If your girls grandpa wants to see them there’s nothing wrong with him coming over to your house or meeting you guys TOGETHER at a park.
Sleepovers are stupid anyway, in my opinion, kids need to be in their own beds. Way to go Mom, you protect those little ones. So many people would just be glad to get a “night off” you should be proud of yourself.

I agree that is not a healthy environment for two little girls. I would go to the judge who made the custody arrangements and see if you can’t get him/her to insist that the girls should not sleep over with them.
Alcoholism is a sufficiently serious disease that I would not trust the men not to “forget about the incest taboo,” if you know what I mean. Indeed, one of them might get drunk enough to forget he is related to them! And who knows what their friends and drinking buddies are like?
No, I wouldn’t want those little girls to spend the night with them.

100% I agree! Nice job looking out for the welfare of your girls instead of trying to get a night to yourself. Most parents I know are too selfish to see dangers be for they happen. You can’t undo something if, god forbid it should happen. PLEASE don’t subject your girls to staying with 3 grown men. Go to court if you have to.

You have a right as a parent not to allow your children to be in an unfit environment! If you fear that they will be sexually abused then don’t ever allow them to stay there without your supervision! NEVER put your girls in that place with them unless you feel it is safe to do so!

No bedroom of their own, the courts wont allow it. Although I agree with you 100% judges arent so swayed, you will need proof of the alcohol situation, and even with their being 3 men in the house, 1 is dad, 1 is grampa, and an uncle you may need some strong reasons behind it. I do know for a fact if the kids dont have a “BEDROOM”, with a door of their own, that is setup as their own CPSE will not allow overnight visits. My ex was required upon home inspection to provide a private bedroom for our son that was properly arranged for him, with a bed and other essentials for him. (Mind you this was already in place, my ex is a great dad, we just had a really picky judge and our son was just barely two and I was not really happy about him being away from me overnight, who made sure that child proofing ie outlet covers, door locks, gates, cupboard locks etc were all in place)
Speaking to a lawyer is probably your best way to get the answers you need, every case is soo different that they know what the guidelines are.
