I was with a guy for 2years. He was fun, funny and amazing. The first 6months of the relationship I found out he was a crystal meth addict. After he heard I found out, our relationship went down hill and I tried my best to stick by his side because he told me he need help and it was hard to get off the drug. Thu out our relationship…he treated me bad, called me names and continued to cheat on me. A ago year he dumped me for someone else. He went to prison in june and will be getting out soon. His mom called and told said to me “I WANNA LET YOU KNOW THAT I WISH YOU AND MY SON COULD HAVE MADE IT HAPPEN” She told me the girl he dumped me for is sleeping around, steeling in stores and does crystal meth. She says her son doesn’t know yet and will tell him when she gets ready to let him know! She stated that her son is doing good! I wanna know this. 1. Why don’t they realize what they have in front of them when they have it? 2. Why did his mom call and tell me all of this? 3. Why didn’t he see that I was the one?

HE’S A METH ADDICT. Anything normal does not apply. Smart women do not hope to be with or wait around for meth addicts. He’ll destroy your life just like he’s destroyed his own.

Well
1. Firstly, if he was a hardcore addict, he never saw you for you, he saw the drug, his high and then maybe a little fun with you when he was feeling good.
2. His mom probably thinks you are a great girl and now that he is clean should be with someone who is clean and not this other girl.
3. I am assuming you have never really done drugs, which is a good thing, but when it come to an addict and their drugs you dint even come second, you come last. He may have been able as you said in the beginning to show you a good time and be a great guy, but when everything boils down to it, drugs will always come first in the relationship.
Do not think to much on it. There is reality and crazy and then people on drugs they usually fall into the after crazy which is the insane grouping, unless you want to be with this guy do not worry to much about the past because there was always something blocking you guys from really being together.
if you are considering dating this guy again, make sure he stays clean before you really get serious.
