Heyyy there! i am ALMOST 18 & just got back from my doctors for a basic physical. My weight was a low 227+ My waist was but a 48 inches, chest 44, i am 5’10. AND have a BP of 142/101 & my body fat % is 31+

It was about a YEAR or so ago when i decided that i wanted to GAIN weight not LOSE it! At the time i was around 161 lbs. & was quite thin. So i decided to “pack on the pounds” per say…

Now a year, plenty of pounds, inches & marks later. i am changing that. Until now, i have not tried to gain OR lose any weight.

NOW i wear a snug 38 jeans. i have a fair share of “sexy” stretchy marks on my love handles/hips & quite a few on my inner thighs too! i also struggle to come to terms w/ the fact i cant do ONE situp! If i try i feel like im DYING!

Now i’m eating very little til 5 PM! Then i typically have an decent dinner & nice desert. At 10 i’ll have a big pizza or 2 burgers 2 liter of dew & top it off a binge of random sweets! ;-)

I’m 18 now, cant i make my own decisons?
Well some girlz like men BIGger… lol ;-p
