I also have a 7month old son who is extremely demanding, and every time I try to do something like yoga or aerobics, I cant as he carries on & I have to return home. My weight is mainly in my stomach, I am 4′ 11″ & I currently weigh65kgs.

I am a sucker for swee fatty & bad foods, but I do like healthy foods, My main problem is binge eating & sitting in from of the telly & I have become lazy since leaving high school in 2004.

I need any tips on how to lose weight, what dit plans worked & exercises that I can do with my son in order to get fit & keep fit and boost my energy & metabolism levels.

I would also like to know what diests worked for other people and wat kind of exercises would be good as I cant do situps as Im not sure if i dothem right and I have alot of rpoblems with my csection scar as i have no feelings in that area & Im not sure if I am able to exercise.

Please help Im DESPERATE and I want to look my best for my parents as I am maid of honour!
