I lived in this apt for 4 months,had real strong odors and everyday there would be thick black dust on everything in my home. I was sick all the time,headaches,nervous,could not sleep,lost alot of weight. Urine test was positive for meth. I need case studies or anything to prove to authorites that i was not using. I never used the drug. I am a single dad sole caregiver to my 12 yr.old son.I need all the help i can get. I know chikdren in or around labs test dirty,why not me? I need to know where on the net i can find simular cases for reference. PLEASE HELP. GOD BLESS ALL

Talk to other people in that apartment complex who may be having similar sleep problems/dust/smells. Maybe they can be your witness?

You need to call the health department, dept of buildings and/ or the police to find out what the hell the dust is. Your 12 year old lives with you? If you tested positive, what is happening to him. Go the housing court or whatever it’s called where you are and get emergency temporary housing and get out of your lease because of the unsafe environment.

Something is really wrong so what are you waiting for? I can’t understand why you want to wait for a case study!

Perhaps you could also try to figure out what it was that was making you sick? Where did the dust come from? Maybe get it tested to see what its composed of. Or maybe you could get the department of health to inspect the building it sounds like it could be a health hazard. Good luck, I hope you get through this

if i where you i would try to get out of that apartment asap. onw of your neighbors mave have a meth lab and it can travel trough the vents. move out and in a few months take another test. good luck
