I dont know how to handle an addiction?

My brother is a bigggggg time addict of meth, oxy cotton, weed, cocaine ectt..
I hate how my brother is, and i dont know what to do.
We were so close then the drugs took over, he lives with my nephew and i am deathly afraid my nephew is recieving these drugs and or being hurt, mentally. (my brother would never hurt his son, ever)
My baby boy is two years old and i hate how this is effecting our family.
Smoking weed is one thing, but this is hard,

what should i do?
We’ve tried rehab, CPS, ect…
my brother lives on his own, he isn’t still in our eyes watch all the time.

You can’t control what you can’t control. Your brother is responsible for himself. I think you should be firm with him.

Tell him that he can no longer visit your until he is completely sober. (You can tell him that you love him, too.) If you want to spend time with him, do so without your son at his place (or a restaurant), but if he’s not sober, leave immediately. Make it clear that you only want to see him while he’s sober. If you think your nephew is in danger, call Social Services. Chances are, you can do it anonymously. Encourage your brother to continue with rehab, since relapses are a normal part of recovery.
