The boy’s name Meth short for Methodios pronounced as \m(e)-tho-dios\ is of Greek origin, and its meaning is “companion traveler”. Saint Methodius was the first to translate the Bible into the Slavic language. He is also one of the creators of the Cyrillic alphabet, named for his associate, Saint Cyrill.
So bottom line is that, its a good name

As long as you like it that’s all that matters. Anyone who makes fun of the name or that finds ways to give it a negative meaning are negative people. It’s a baby and shouldn’t be thought of in those terms.
In that respect as well, people don’t have to like the name as long as you do and shouldn’t abuse your idea.
It’s an uncommon name and uncommon names are lovely.

Great idea! Then children’s services can take him away as soon as he is born,better for him no doubt! Honestly if this is an attempt to be funny it isn’t,i have seen too many young people die from drugs to ever take them lightly!
Like Adolph Hitler and his sister Aryan Nations he can be raised in foster care or adopted and maybe the doctor will do a kindness and be sure that no more babies will follow,not trying to offend but i feel that is in any child’s best interest! Good luck!
