i need to find cases where this has happened to convince authorities that it is possible. Maybe other cases of false positives or studies. Please help,i am a single dad and sole care giver for my 12 yr.old son. I need help.

Just call your local authorities and talk to them about it. I am sure they have all the proof you need. Not to mention I see documentaries on tv all the time about meth and its effects on other people on A&E Channel.

If you have taken pseudophedrine you will test positive. If these people where smoking night and day then maybe, I’d try and find an Public defender or Private Attorney (It stinks to have to go it alone and be at the mercy of the judge). I hope that helps.

However, you sharing an attic with a meth user probably wouldn’t make you test positive for meth. By all accounts, you have to be pretty much sitting next to a meth user for a long period of time for this to happen. I really hope you’re NOT using meth if you are the sole provider for your 12 y/o son.
