You can’t they have to reach a point where they want to stop. I left and finally divorced my husband because he wouldn’t stop. Guess what he is remarried and still drinking.

YOU CAN’T.
Alcoholics need to want to stop on their own, and the more you try to encourage them to, the harder they’ll resist.
If the kids are being abused by it, call Children’s Services. If you’re being abused by it, go to Al Anon meetings.
The best way to help an alcoholic is to tell them you don’t want to have anything to do with them while they’re drinking, and do it!

You can’t make them stop. I had a friend that would always find some thing or some person that he would stop drinking for but when that thing or person was no longer important to him he would start drinking again. Until she wants to stop for her self there is nothing you can do about. All you can do is be there to help when needed and to love her.
