Hello my name is Juan Caderez and I live in Louisville Kentucky. I was arrested on June 23 on Taylor Boluvard for several charges. My public defender says I don’t have a good chance, but I think otherwise. Me and my friend was driving around smoking crack and weed while we was delivering coke for the Mexican Mafia. I had my kids with me that day and they are 7 and 2. After we deliverd most of the coke, my 7 year old wanted to drive. He is tall, so I said get your brother out of the window and back in his car seat and get in the front. So I pulled over and switched places with my son. He was doing fine, just a little fast. We got pulled over for no reason. But when my son tried to run he crashed into the patrol car. I got arrested for child endangerment, endangerment of a police officer, harboring an illegal immigrant, drug paraphernalia, possension of cocaine with intent to distribute, some RICO shit to go with the cocaine charge and a seatbelt vioaltion. But the officer pulled us over for no reason and didn’t get consent to search my car. My court date is next week. Do you think I will get my kids and license back? Also, will I have to pay a traffic fine? If so, how much will it be?
