My son in a alcoholic, is there any drugs in tablet form so that he can give away drinking. He is not a easy person to go for advice or therapy, only choice is to give him tablets without his knowledge. Anyone can help me.

If there were tablets to give away drinking, there wouldn’t have been Alcohol addicts. Sorry but that’s just a stupid question. Your son needs to be lenient and has to go to a therapist or some rehab center, otherwise he’ll stay addicted.

I’m sorry you must be in a difficult situation. How old is your son? If he is already a legal adult, then maybe you should let him solve his problems on his own. It may hurt but it is something you have to do. Let him make his own mistakes and learn from them.

mind control is not a valid way to accomplish something. by being sneaky you will just lose the trust of the one you mean to help. be open and honest with him and you will have a better chance than if you are just being manipulative.

Alcohol addiction is like any other drug addiction. there is no magic pill or treatment that can “cure” it. Your son needs to acknowledge that he is an alcoholic to begin with, once he does that his best bet is to join AA. their motto one day at the time sums up what’s alcoholism is about. I feel your pain but it’s all up to your son

there are some alcoholic pills that cause violent symptoms(vomiting, fever) that they used for my uncle to get him to quit. make an appointment with a doctor cause im not sure what they are called and they are prescription only
