Found cocaine close to hubbys truck?

My friend told me while she was outside tending her yard she found a plastic baggie close to where her husband parks and thinks it may have cocaine in it (shes not sure)..her 16 year old son also took the truck out last night…we are not sure what to do..we don’t even know if it belongs to one of them…throw it out? call the cops? ask the family about it? any ideas?
Her son does have a part time job..so I guess he could buy some…I mean you can buy a small amount or a large amount can’t you..

call the cops … no matter who it was they need to get punished and the finger prints on the bag will tell……….. call the cops and let whoever it is to face the music. DO NOT just forget about it or keep it a family matter because whoever it was will just hide it better……better now then later.k?

Call a family meeting and bust out with the baggie. See who looks guilty. That’s pretty serious, especially for a 16 year old. Does he have access to that much money??

Don’t call the cops…

I bet it belongs to the kid… Apparantly the teenagers aren’t content with rolling doobies and the occasional acid trip anymore and have moved on to bigger and “better” things.

i would call a family meeting – everyone gets a pee test – – they cost about $30 at the local drug store – and the son doesn’t drive until he passes a drug test

dont call the cops. for now do nothing and become super observant to see what goes on with everyone. the answer should present itself shortly. if you ask them of course they wont tell you the truth.

if you involve the police i warn you urgently you will possibly draw attention of the police to your family in ways you will severly regret. particularily if this is nothing but baking flour in that baggie

Confront both the husband and the son. Cocaine is no joke. Something needs to happen now before something bad happens.

Ask the husband first – if it was his then they should deal with it like adults in the privacy of their home without involving the cops, etc. If he says it is not his, then the two of them should approach the 16 year old son together and go from there. Really, it could be anyones…someone driving by could’ve thrown it out the window to get rid of the paraphernalia or something. I wouldn’t jump too quickly to conclusions…people will get really defensive and be more apt to lie about it if you do.
