Does anyone know where to get information on babies born with drugs in their systems?

I’m not entirely sure if meth is mentioned in this website…….but it talks about harmful chemicals in kids at birth and what it can do to them

And before people talk crap, he could be adopted. It doesn’t mean the friend did the drugs… I could see it coming…
