this will take explaining,

I have twin beautiful nephews who I adore there father ( my brother) and there mother have split up my brother has them off a week end nothing is legally written though
the mother is a drug addict on pot and pills she smokes with the boys in the house pot and cigs she often writes on her facebook she want to give the antihistomines to make them sleep she has them in the rountine off sleeping 5am till 2pm then up all night they are still on 14+ bottles a day they constitly have cradle cap they will not eat as she never feeds them,
I do not know what to do my brother has no job although he does look after them when he has them I have been told by a lawyer the best we can hope for is 50/50 custody I am very worried for them she always tells them when on takes a toy off the other that he should “smash” him it’s disgusting
the problem is besides me knowing by fb and what I’ve seen I have no proof
I am 23 and if I thought I could I would take them in a flash I have a good secure job
what I was wondering is
how can I get proof
what can I do
is it child abuse
can I print her fb page an it be used in court the lawyers I have been too just look down on them both as they are 18
should I help my brother get 50 custody then hope she is better and my brother go for full if things continue I know if she thinks we r going for full she will not let us see them till court decides and will lie in court
she told her friends my brother raped her in front off the boys which I know is a lie cause I was with him camping when it supposidly happened
